About

Krish Michaels

I grew up around software, my father was a programmer, so I learned early to care about how things actually work. I built a B2B SaaS company in healthcare by choosing the right markets and building products that fit the way people already worked.

I won’t pretend bootstrapping was easy — you have no life the first few years, and you’re always aware of the odds. But building with no backup hones a mentality and a set of skills that I think are genuinely rare, and I try to bring that into everything I work on.

Since then — B2B software advisory, last-mile product launches, and helping companies strengthen their technology position ahead of a transaction.

I keep a low profile and a minimal social media presence so I can stay focused on the work and leave room for independent thinking. Still, I’m always open to meeting new people and talking through ideas.

How I think about the work
  • Build where the economics work.
  • Make trust, compliance, and restraint part of the product.
  • Start narrow and expand from there.
  • Fit the way people already work.
  • Distribute through existing procurement when possible.
  • Let character and judgment show up in the work.
  • Be willing to change course.
  • Don’t chase fast success.
